1. The short version

This marketing site collects almost nothing. The interactive demo runs in your browser and sends us no data. We learn about you only if you contact us or book a call.

2. What we collect and why

Booking a call: scheduling is handled by Calendly; the name, email, and details you enter there are processed under Calendly's privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.

Email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence to reply and follow up.

Hosting logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard technical logs (IP address, user agent) to serve and secure the site.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no marketing cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, this policy will be updated first.

4. Client service data

Data we process while delivering contracted services (for example, our clients' customer communications) is governed by the Data Processing Agreement signed with each client - not by this website policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors named above (Calendly, Vercel, our email provider) as needed to operate.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence as long as needed for the purpose it was sent. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time - email hello@noomua.com. EU/EEA visitors have GDPR rights, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
