This website is operated by Noomua ("we", "us"), based in Novi Sad, Serbia. It describes and demonstrates AI automation services for businesses.
2. The website demo
The interactive demo on this site is a simulated, scripted preview running entirely in your browser. It does not send SMS or email, does not book real appointments, and does not represent the full behavior of a deployed agent. It exists to illustrate the experience.
3. Services are contracted separately
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Client engagements are governed exclusively by a signed service agreement, which alone defines scope, fees, service levels, data processing, and liability. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails over anything on this website.
4. No guarantees
Examples, sample conversations, and figures on this site are illustrative. Results depend on your business, lead volume, and market; we do not guarantee any specific revenue, booking, or response-rate outcome via this website.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, design, demo flows, and code) belongs to Noomua. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content to build a competing marketing site.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to contracted services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.
